Take tablets with water after food. Wherever possible, space intake evenly over day.
Activate: 3 tablets per day for a minimum of 4-6 months, or until satisfied with result, then continue on maintenance intake.
Maintain: 1 tablet per day. If you feel your hair needs an extra boost, change to activation intake.
